                    &lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     500g de chocolate branco&lt;br /&gt;1 caixa de gelatina em pó sabor morango&lt;br /&gt;4 colheres (sopa) de água quente&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de creme de leite sem soro&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xícara (chá) de geléia de morango&lt;br /&gt;500g de chocolate ao leite para cobertura&lt;br /&gt;                   &lt;/p&gt;                                                                                                 &lt;p&gt;                     &lt;strong&gt;Modo de Preparo&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     Derreta o chocolate branco em banho-maria ou no micro-ondas e  reserve. Dissolva a gelatina na água quente e deixe esfriar. Despeje no  chocolate branco, adicione o creme de leite e a geléia misturando bem.  Leve à geladeira por 4 horas ou até firmar. Faça bolinhas do tamanho de  brigadeiro ou usando boleador. Derreta o chocolate ao leite no  micro-ondas ou em banho-maria cuidando para que não respingue água no  chocolate. Transfira para uma pedra e trabalhe o chocolate com uma  espátula de um lado para outro até que colocando o chocolate em contato  com o lábio ele transmita sensação de frio. Transfira o chocolate  temperado para uma vasilha e banhe as trufas com a ajuda de um garfinho  batendo levemente na borda para soltar o excesso de chocolate. Transfira  para uma folha de papel-manteiga e deixe secar. Se quiser facilitar o  trabalho utilize o chocolate fracionado. Embrulhe em papel laminado  depois de bem seca.
